#FAITH & #FOAMS

Here’s the deal…

I never understood the “hype” behind Foamposite’s until the “Red October” Foams came out. Cosmetically, the Red October’s are extremely pleasing to the eye. And once I got those, I grew a liking to quite a few other color-ways.

I remember my dad (May God rest his soul), came home with the Galaxy Foams. He was a teacher too, so, the kids would swell his head up and he’d come home thinking he was “the man when he walked through.” It was quite entertaining to see actually…a man in his mid 40’s, strolling through the living room, in arguably, one of the most popular Foamposite’s known to mankind, to this very day. Come to find out, my husband, who was my boyfriend at the time, bought them for him, to win “brownie points.” 😏

One of my pet peeves is the fact that Nike has a habit of selling grade-school sizes and women sizes, short, when it comes to technology, comfortability, and the cosmetic makeup of their shoes, in comparison to men shoes. The grade-school Foamposite does not looks like the adult Foamposite.

So, you can imagine my excitement when the Particle Beige Foamposite’s came out! Not only were they in one of my favorite color-way’s (Vachetta Tan), but the faint paint splatter on the heel of the shoe, the accent colors that tattoo the mid-section of the tongue, and the heel-strap…it was just gorgeous! AND…I FINALLY got the same technology as the men Foamposite’s! It hugged my foot, providing the proper cushioning for movement, durability, and performance. And it also had the cosmetic build that I was looking for as well!

Below is a complete breakdown of my outfit:

-Suit: A New Day (Mauve/Blush Pink) from Target

-Shirt: Zara (White w/Peach Polkadots)

-Socks: Target (Red, Peach, Green, Gray, Blue, and Orange Stripes)

This is definitely a basketball shoe, but I wouldn’t be afraid to “upgrade” the look, by incorporating a touch of “professionalism.” Whether you decide to hit the court and hoop, or hit the streets for a night out on the town, you are sure to be comfortable and stylish, while doing it!

Good God, Good Shoes,
